After connecting to a Windows session, the Winlogon.exe process starts the programs listed in the following locations:

  * Windows registry:
      * HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
      * HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\Run
